Welcome to our System

Welcome to the City of Cincinnati's Vendor Compliance and Certification System (VCCS).

VCCS is the web-based software system for applying for small, minority and/or women business enterprise certification with the City of Cincinnati and for registering as an MSD-SBE with the Metropolitan Sewer District for Greater Cincinnati (MSD).

VCCS is designed to automate vendor reporting requirements, empowering vendors to maintain accurate contact information and to submit subcontract payment details on-line. VCCS is accessible by all firms doing business with the City of Cincinnati and MSD and includes the following key features:
