Welcome to the City of Cincinnati and the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati (MSD) Vendor Compliance, Certification, and Registration System.

We are pleased to offer our web-based software system for tracking certified business participation on City of Cincinnati contracts and the registered SBE participation for the MSD.

The system is designed to automate vendor reporting requirements, empowering vendors to maintain accurate contact information, and submit sub-contract payment details online. The Vendor Certification and Registration Compliance System is accessible to all firms doing business with the City of Cincinnati and the Metropolitan Sewer District.

Please add the email address cincinnati@diversitycompliance.com to your approved senders list. All communications from MSD regarding compliance monitoring will come from this email address and the name Cincinnati Economic Inclusion Program.
